In this channel we service all existing accounts. A universe of more than 2,500 stores, like super/hyper markets, discount and cash & carry stores, which are controlled on a daily basis via an ultramodern inventory and orders monitoring system, which enables us to control consumption, shelving, merchandising, and positioning.
Charalampos is a co-founder and President of Mantis since 1997. He has significant 35 year long experience in operations planning and management, as well as product commercialization. He studied Economics at the Universtity of Macedonia and holds a M.Sc. in Information Systems from the European University in Brussels. He has been involved in the launch and the establishment of many consumer brands in the Greek market.
Alexandros is a co-founder and CEO of Mantis since 1997. He has significant, 30 year long, experience in commercializing and establishing consumer brands. He launched and drove to leading positions famous products such as Ursus, Red Bull, Energizer, Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, and several products of Mars Hellas. He studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).
Antonios overseas the company transformation processes in the areas of operations, sales, supply chain, and distribution channels. He has significant expertise in strategy, business development and sales. Over a 30 year long career, he led the launches and commercialization of many different products. He held senior sales positions at Johnson & Johnson and Diageo, and was General Manager Mantis. He studied Business Administration at the University of Macedonia.
Konstantinos is responsible for managing the health care business unit of the group. He has a comprehensive experience in the health care business, with past work experience at Brigham & Womens Hospital of Harvard Medical School and Eli Lilly. He has founded and managed medical technology distributors and holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an M.Sc. in Biomedical & Medical Engineering from Boston University and the Harvard Medical School.
Alexandra Simou holds the position of CFO at Mantis Group and she is responsible for Financial, Accounting, Planning & Controlling issues. During her career, with over 30 years of experience, she has held senior positions in finance, auditing and accounting management at international companies such as Hilti Hellas SA, American Express TRS, Mercedes Benz Hellas SA & Wind Hellas SA. She is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business and she holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting, Business Administration & Finance, while she is Certified in Accounting & Taxation.
Fotis has over 20 years of experience in the field of FMCG. Prior to joining the group in 2014, he served in various sales positions at Energizer Ηoldings. He studied Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Athens and holds an MSc in European Political Economy from the University of Hull and an MBA from the Greek Open University.
Aristea, has been Director of Operations since 2016. She is responsible and oversees customer service, supply chain, demand planning, logistics, and credit control departments. She began her career at customer service and gradually has been taking extra responsibilities in the aforementioned areas. Over 20 years of tenure, she has undertaken multiple and important strategic and business development projects and has acquired comprehensive knowledge of the business. She studied programming and analysis.
Spyros is responsible for financial planning and analysis. He has extensive experience in economic appraisal. In the past, he held management positions and supervised the accounting department in a large national retail chain. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Economics of the University of Piraeus and post-graduate specialization diplomas in Budgeting and Reporting from the University of Athens.
Apostolos has over twenty years of professional experience in senior positions at well-known commercial and industrial, Greek and multinational companies. Graduate of Economics from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and the University of Patras. He holds Postgraduate Professional Degrees from the College of Chartered Accountants and Banking & Finance from Kingston University. Executive with professional skills and knowledge such as Tax Planning, Working Capital Management and Budgeting Cash Flow as well as International and Greek Accounting Standards. Highly specialized in the effective operation and performance of large Accounting Offices, personnel management and timely forecasting and analysis of financial matters.
Ioannis has over 30 years of experience in sales. He has an in-depth knowledge of the electrical appliance industry and experience in new business development, new market establishment, strategic planning, customer relationship management, contract negotiations, budgetingand forecasting. For 15 years, he held senior sales positions at Bosch and Siemens and prior to this tenure he served in the leading insurance firm Interamerican. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Chrysanthi is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and launch strategies for the different brands of the group. She has significant experience in marketing by running successful product communications campaings for multinational companies such as Sarantis SA and Franke Hellas SA.. She holds a M.Sc. from Manchester Business School, specializing in International Business and Management and a B.Sc. in Economics from Piraeus University.
Nikos joint the group as a human resources director in 2017. He began his professional career in the mid-90s in Elgeka and after taking several positions in the customer service and logistics department he was appointed as compensation and benefits manager. During the course of the past 15 years, he held several senior human resources positions in large Greek companies such Elgeka, Vitex-Hermes and the Yannidis Group. He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from EADE.
Stavros has significant experience in IT systems and specializes in ERP and business intelligence systems. For over 20 years, he held senior positions in IT departments of multinational companies in the financial and energy sectors. He has studied Computer Science in England and holds an MSc in Information Systems Management from Middlesex University in London.
